1. Digital Goods Policy
All products sold by DigitalOasis are digital goods (WordPress plugins and future digital products). Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense, our refund policy is based on whether the product functions as described — not on personal preference or change of mind.
We encourage you to review product descriptions, feature lists, documentation, and any free demos before purchasing.
2. Eligible for Refund
You are entitled to a full refund if all of the following conditions are met:
- Your refund request is submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date
- The product does not function as described on its product page
- You have contacted our support team and given us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue (typically 72 hours)
- The issue is confirmed to be caused by our plugin and not by a third-party conflict, incompatible environment, or custom modification
3. Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- Change of mind or no longer needing the product
- Purchased the wrong product by mistake — please contact us before purchasing if you are unsure
- The product was not compatible with a heavily customized, outdated, or non-standard WordPress environment
- Issues caused by third-party plugin or theme conflicts outside our control
- You have violated our Terms of Service
- More than 14 days have passed since the purchase date
- The product has been used to build a website that is already live and generating revenue
- Refund requests for license renewal fees (renewals are optional and clearly communicated in advance)
4. How to Request a Refund
- Contact support first — Open a ticket at digitaloasis.cc/support describing the issue. Our team will try to resolve it within 72 hours.
- Submit your refund request — If the issue cannot be resolved, email refunds@digitaloasis.cc with your order number, the product name, and a description of the issue.
- We review your request — We will review your request within 3 business days and may ask for additional information such as screenshots or error logs.
- Refund issued — If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
5. Refund Process & Timeline
- Review time: Up to 3 business days after submission
- Processing time: 5–10 business days to appear on your statement after approval
- Method: Refunded to the original payment method (Stripe card or PayPal)
- License: Upon refund, your license key will be deactivated and you must remove the plugin from your site
6. Renewal Refunds
License renewal fees are non-refundable. Renewals are entirely optional and clearly communicated before the renewal date. If you did not intend to renew, please contact us at refunds@digitaloasis.cc within 48 hours of an accidental renewal charge and we will review your case on a goodwill basis.
7. Disputes
We strongly encourage you to contact us directly before initiating any payment dispute with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and quickly.
If you are unsatisfied with our response to your refund request, you may escalate by emailing legal@digitaloasis.cc and we will review your case at a senior level.
