Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing digitaloasis.cc or purchasing any product from our store, you (“Customer”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use our website or purchase our products.

These Terms apply to all purchases of digital products including WordPress plugins, and any future products we may offer such as themes or templates.

2. License Grant

Upon completing a purchase, DigitalOasis grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased product subject to the following:

2.1 Single Site License

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, each license permits installation and activation on one (1) WordPress site owned or operated by you.

2.2 Developer / Multi-Site License

If you purchase a multi-site or developer license, the number of permitted activations will be stated on the product page and in your order confirmation.

2.3 License Key

A license key will be issued to you upon purchase. This key is used to activate the product, receive automatic updates, and verify your license. You are responsible for keeping your license key secure. Do not share it publicly.

2.4 GPLv2 License

All DigitalOasis plugins are released under the GNU General Public License v2 (GPLv2). This means the plugin code itself is open source. However, access to our update server, support services, and license key system requires a valid paid license.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or give away our products or license keys
• Use a single-site license on more than one live website
• Share your license key with third parties outside your organization
• Use our products to build a competing plugin or product
• Remove or alter any copyright notices or branding within the plugin code
• Claim our products as your own work

4. Payment & Pricing

All prices are listed in USD and are exclusive of any applicable taxes. Taxes may be applied at checkout depending on your location.

Payments are processed by Stripe (cards) and PayPal. By completing a purchase you authorize us to charge the stated amount to your selected payment method.

DigitalOasis reserves the right to change product pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect purchases already completed.

5. Updates & Support

5.1 Software Updates

Active license holders are entitled to automatic software updates for the duration of their license period. Updates include bug fixes, security patches, and new features. Updates are delivered through the WordPress admin dashboard.

5.2 Support

Active license holders are entitled to support via our official support portal at digitaloasis.cc/support. We aim to respond within 24 hours on business days.

Support covers issues directly related to our plugin’s functionality. It does not cover:

• Third-party plugin or theme conflicts
• Custom development or modifications
• General WordPress or WooCommerce questions
• Issues caused by server misconfiguration

5.3 Expired Licenses

If your license expires, the plugin will continue to function but you will no longer receive software updates or support until the license is renewed.

6. Renewals

Licenses may be renewed annually to continue receiving updates and support. Renewal pricing will be communicated before the renewal date. Renewals are optional — your plugin will not stop working if you choose not to renew.

7. Intellectual Property

All DigitalOasis products, branding, documentation, and website content are the intellectual property of DigitalOasis unless otherwise stated. The GPLv2 license applies to the plugin code only — it does not grant rights to our trademarks, brand assets, or proprietary documentation.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our plugins will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every WordPress configuration, theme, or third-party plugin.

It is your responsibility to test our products in a staging environment before deploying to a live site.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DigitalOasis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your license and account access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the licensed product ceases immediately. Refunds will not be issued for terminations due to Terms violations.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with generally accepted principles of international commercial law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, followed by binding arbitration if necessary.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. For significant changes, active customers will be notified by email.
