DigitalOasis (“we”, “us”, “our”) is an independent digital software business operating the website at digitaloasis.cc. We develop and sell premium WordPress plugins through our WooCommerce-powered store, serving customers worldwide.

By using our website or purchasing our products, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Privacy Policy. For privacy inquiries, contact us at privacy@digitaloasis.cc.

  • Billing address (country, city, postal code)
  • Order history and purchased products
  • License keys associated with your purchases

2.2 Payment Information

Payments are processed by Stripe (cards) and PayPal. We accept Visa and Mastercard via Stripe, and PayPal as an alternative.

Important: We never see, store, or have access to your card number, CVV, or PayPal credentials. All payment data is handled entirely on Stripe’s and PayPal’s secure platforms. See Stripe’s Privacy Policy and PayPal’s Privacy Policy.

2.3 Support Communications

When you submit a support ticket, we collect your name, email, message content, attachments, and any technical details you share (WordPress version, site URL, error logs). Support records are retained for up to 2 years.

2.4 License Key & Plugin Update Data

Our license validation and update system may collect:

  • The domain(s) where a license key is activated
  • Activation timestamps and activation counts
  • Plugin version currently in use
Developer note: Our plugins do not collect any data from your WordPress site visitors. Only license-related data associated with the domain where the plugin is installed is transmitted to our servers.

When your WordPress site checks for plugin updates, it may send the plugin version, license key, and domain name to our update server. This is used solely to verify your license and serve the correct update package.

Where required by law (e.g. for EU visitors), a cookie consent banner will be presented allowing you to accept or reject non-essential cookies. You can also control cookies through your browser settings at any time.
